Optimize your logistics operations with the AMR Forx
Forx is an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) designed to facilitate logistics flows within your space at a lower cost. Thanks to its various applications integrated into its software, Forx is able to adapt very quickly to different working environments in complete security.
Speed of installation
Forx integration is very fast and requires no infrastructure from the client. Mapping the building is quickly carried out by moving the stacker into the desired logistics space.
Complete installation for 2,500 m² in 1 day
No physical and IT infrastructure
Environment mapped by the Forx robot
Optimal security
User safety is essential , which is why Forx is equipped with numerous devices to secure the operators' workspace. Equipped with 7 lidars, 4 pallet position sensors, 2 ground presence sensors and a weight sensor for transported loads, our system guarantees optimal safety.
Safety guaranteed thanks to safety sensors
Execution of tasks with high precision
Proactive communication by lights and voice synthesis
Ease of use
Management and creation of logistic flows are done autonomously by the user thanks to the provided Forx software. Operators can also send missions to the robot via terminals with QR code scanning. Integration with WMS or ERP software is also possible.

Forx technical distinctions
Chassis
Equipped with a sturdy duplex mast, this device is specially designed to lift loads up to 1200 kg to a maximum height of 2.7 m. It includes a weighing system that ensures the weight of the load is appropriate for its height, based on its lifting capabilities. Its mobility is ensured by a drive wheel, allowing it to reach a speed of 1.2 meters per second.
Powerbox
The batteries produced by Forx, equipped with 8 205 Ah LiFePO4 lithium-ion cells, integrate a management system (BMS) for monitoring the cells and an active balance dedicated to their balancing. This configuration ensures flawless performance and reliability. The LOGIBOX supports tracking battery information via a CAN connection, facilitating constant evaluation of this component.
Logibox
Designed and manufactured by Forx, concentrates all the intelligence of the system. It analyzes data from Lidars and all other sensors to navigate safely, and processes system data to accomplish missions transmitted via 4G, secured by VPN, by our server dedicated to customers.
Steerbox
The powertrain and steering system, designed by Forx, feature a traction motor and two optical sensors dedicated to measuring wheel speed, complemented by electric steering. The management of the latter, as well as speed control, are ensured by an electronic driver that communicates via CAN with the LOGIBOX, guaranteeing precise control of speed and direction.
Lidar Security
Performance Level D (PLD) safety for Lidars is guaranteed by an electronic board designed by Forx. This board is capable of managing safety redundancy for four Lidars. This technological advancement allows the use of Lidars that are both more efficient and more compact, while eliminating the risks associated with reliance on a single supplier. It offers the flexibility to use any Lidar that proves to be more effective in the future.
Forx Software
All of our software is written in Rust, a language recognized for its reliability and superior performance compared to other languages. Rust is now considered the next standard, having been adopted by leaders such as Firefox, Amazon, Discord, Dropbox, Google (Alphabet), Meta, and Microsoft. Our software is embedded in our AMRs, making them completely autonomous. Communication via a 4G router is integrated into the machine, allowing direct dialogue with the FORX cloud dedicated to each client. This approach eliminates the need to install computer programs on the customer's network, ensuring complete isolation between the two computer systems and rapid implementation. For uses involving a client WMS, the client's software directly manages the missions and retrieves the operation reports via an SQL server on the FORX cloud. Connecting our server to the machine facilitates the predictive detection of any anomaly, allowing rapid and efficient intervention. This technology also ensures that our AMRs continuously benefit from the latest developments in terms of functionality and IT security updates.
