Forx technical distinctions
A modular design engineered for industry.
Chassis
Reinforced industrial chassis integrating a 1,000 kg duplex mast and an onboard weighing system. Designed to ensure stability and robustness in demanding logistics environments.
Powerbox
205 Ah LiFePO4 lithium battery integrated into a secure energy module. Managed by a BMS with active balancing and thermal monitoring. Certifications: IEC 62619 – UN 38.3 – compliant with industrial safety and transport regulations.
Logibox
Onboard computing unit connected to the secure Forx cloud, enabling mission management, system monitoring and remote updates.
Steerbox
Electric steering system guided by optical sensors, ensuring precise and stable trajectories.
Lidar Security
Redundant architecture with six independent LiDAR sensors. PLD-based control enabling obstacle detection and immediate stopping when an obstacle is detected.
Forx Software
ll our software is written in Rust, a language known for its reliability and superior performance compared to other languages. Rust is now considered the next standard, having been adopted by leaders such as Firefox, Amazon, Discord, Dropbox, Google (Alphabet), Meta, and Microsoft. Our software is embedded in our AMRs, making them completely autonomous. Communication via a 4G router is integrated into the machine, allowing direct dialogue with the Forx cloud dedicated to each client. This approach eliminates the need to install computer programs on the client's network, ensuring complete isolation between the two IT systems and rapid implementation. For uses involving a client WMS, the client's software directly manages missions and retrieves operation reports via an SQL server on the Forx cloud. The connection of our server to the machine facilitates the predictive detection of any anomalies, thus allowing for rapid and efficient intervention. This technology also ensures that our AMRs continuously benefit from the latest developments in terms of features and IT security updates.
3D cameras
Volumetric analysis of complex obstacles and improved navigation in dynamic environments.
